Creating, Testing, and Bringing New Ideas for Consumer Benefit.
OneWrench was designed by a farmer in Central Illinois to ease the task of adjusting the seeding depth of JD 750 & 1850 grain drills.  He built the first one for use on his own drill.  It worked so well he decided to offer the new tool to other farmers.  Now you too can take advantage of the new OneWrench by ProvIdeas LLC.
OneWrench is very simple to use and it takes only a few minutes to become skilled in its use.
Holding OneWrench with its handle angled away from the JD adjusting plate; insert the OneWrench point into the ½” square hole in the JD adjusting plate.  This is the same square hole used by the OEM tool that came with your drill.
With the point now inserted into the square hole, move the OneWrench handle towards the plate into the operating position.  This action will force the JD locking pin out of the adjusting plate slot.

While OneWrench is held in the operating position, its pad fills all the slots in the JD adjusting plate and keeps them filled.  This allows the plate to rotate freely past as many slots as you want.  It can adjust the plate from one slot at a time up to the full range of the JD plate in one motion.
When your desired depth setting is reached, you move the handle away from the JD plate to open the slots and allow the locking pin to snap into place.  If the locking pin is between two adjusting plate slots, you can rotate the plate with OneWrench while the slots remain open so the locking pin will snap into place as you rotate the adjusting plate.
OneWrench can adjust an entire 750 & 1850 grain drill in less than 3 ½ minutes.  Using the tool originally shipped with the JD 750 & 1850 drills, it usually takes closer to 15 minutes.

UOI estimates your time has a value of $500 an hour during planting.  Based on this, OneWrench will pay for itself the first time you use it in the field.
The ease and speed of using OneWrench will encourage you to keep the drill adjusted more often and more precisely.  This can increase your income by either save you seed by allowing you to reduce rates and still get the same stand, or by leaving the seeding rate the same and achieving a thicker stand.
OneWrench will save you the stress and frustration of the cumbersome OEM way of adjusting the depth making your drilling more pleasant.
